Project Management is a skill that will be beneficial in many different situations. The need for proven Project Management competence is not limited to project managers. With this in mind we have developed a project management certification program in cooperation with CCSD Council, a renowned certification provider from Europe.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION

The certification program consists of a 3-dat training course with a online or written exam at the end of day 3. After attending the course and passing the exam successfully, the participants will be issued a certification by the CCSD Council. The exam will consist of 70 questions with a passing rate of 75%.

The course focuses on the best practices for managing a project from the start of the project until the closing of the project. It combines the various techniques from the major frameworks into a comprehensive program.
